Celebration of Life services for Richard Toliver, of Shreveport, will be Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Washington's & Smith's Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107.
