Blankenship-Washington, of Shreveport, will be Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at the Lake Bethlehem Baptist Church, 2842 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107. Pastor Dennis R. Everett, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park, 6915 West 70th Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129.
