Celebration of Life services for Mrs. Patricia Buffin-Baker, of Oil City, will be Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Washington's & Smith's Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107. Bishop Freddie James, officiating. Interment will follow in the Lake Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Public Viewing will be on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 10 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel.
