Celebration of Life services for Mr. Walter Thomas Gerard, of Shreveport, will be Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Paradise Baptist Church, 1706 Hollywood Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108, Rev. Dr. Robert C. Hudson, Pastor-Officiant.  Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park with Military Honors. Open Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2024, from 11:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Washington’s & Smith’s Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107, followed by a Family Hour from 5p.m. – 7 p.m. at Paradise Baptist Church.
