Celebration of Life services for Bro. Sammie Taylor, of Greenwood, will be Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Burning Bush Missionary Baptist Church, 6802 Woolworth Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129. Barry W. Kimble, Sr., Pastor and Officiant. Bro. Taylor will Lie in State from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Church.  Interment will be in the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Public Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 7: 00 p.m., in the Chapel of Washington’s & Smith’s Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107.  At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Burning Bush MBC's Brotherhood Department, in honor of Bro. Taylor. This is what he would have wanted.
