Sammie Taylor, of Greenwood, will be Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Burning Bush Missionary Baptist Church, 6802 Woolworth Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129. Barry W. Taylor will Lie in State from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Church.  Interment will be in the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Public Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 7: 00 p.m., in the Chapel of Washington’s & Smith’s Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107.  Flowers may be sent to or purchased at the Funeral Home.
