Celebration of Life services for Bobbye Jean Bell, of Shreveport, will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Washington's & Smith's Paradise Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana.
